Disclaimer: Our goal is to make our eBike battery universally compatible. We're actively working to ensure it can be updated to stay compatible with various brands. However, not all brands and protocols are implemented yet. Here's what you need to know:

1. Mechanical Compatibility

• Our battery is designed to fit in various locations like the downtube or seat tube.

• It's shaped similarly to popular eBike batteries, like the Bosch PowerPack.

• Ideal for replacing externally mounted batteries, not integrated ones.

2. Voltage Compatibility

• Check if your eBike requires a 36V or 48V battery.

• Currently, we offer these two voltages. Other voltages like 52V or 72V are not supported.

3. Communication Protocol

• For generic eBikes without communication protocols, our battery should work.

• If your eBike has a Bosch, Shimano, or Yamaha system, it might need communication.

• Check the wiring: Two wires (red and black) usually mean no communication is needed.

• If there are additional wires, the battery may need to communicate with the motor.

Supported Protocols:

• Currently, we support Bafang, RadPowerBike, and some Bosch models (Active Line, Performance Line).

• We're working on adding more, including Shimano.
